1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy defines the rules and restrictions governing your access to and use of the website and mobile applications operated by Aye Chan Myay Real Estate Co., Ltd. (ACM). By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy in full.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our platform for any of the following unauthorized or harmful activities:
Fraudulent Activities
Publishing deceptive property information, inflating prices artificially, or uploading property photographs without authorization.
System Abuse
Scraping data or map coordinates using automated crawlers, launching denial of service attacks (DDoS), or reverse engineering components.
Communication Abuse
Sending unsolicited advertising (spam) to our agents, generating duplicate fake leads, or harassing platform operators.
Legal Violations
Using the service to transmit defamatory, offensive, or illegal content that violates the Telecommunications Laws of Myanmar.
3. Enforcement & Remedies
Violation of this policy will result in immediate corrective action by ACM, including but not limited to:
- Immediate suspension or permanent termination of user accounts.
- IP blocking to restrict access from violating networks.
- Cooperation with Myanmar law enforcement and legal prosecution for severe violations.
